The Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change has approved updates to the assessment report for the Credit Valley Source Protection Area as of July 22, 2015 and for the assessment reports for each of the Toronto and Region

The CTC (Credit Valley, Toronto and Region and Central Lake Ontario) Source Protection Committee is seeking final comment on the
CTC Amended Proposed Source Protection Plan, before re-submission for approval to the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change later this year. The Plan contains policies to protect municipal sources of drinking water and will become enforceable under the provincial Clean Water Act, 2006. The public is invited to make comments, by Friday August 22, 2014, 5:00 pm to:
